Why is there no report for my lot number?Updated 3 months ago

If you receive the error message that says, "There is no batch matching the provided number" when you enter your lot number on the 38TERA Safety page, that means your batch is still with the laboratory and we are awaiting results.

As soon as we receive the laboratory results, the report will be published and available for download. We recommend checking back periodically.
