Can I take DMN if I have diverticulitis or diverticulosis?Updated an hour ago
Diverticulitis and diverticulosis are related but distinct conditions, and the approach to supplementation differs between the two.
If you are actively experiencing diverticulitis, please contact your physician without delay. Active diverticulitis typically requires medical treatment and is not something a supplement can address.
Diverticulosis, the presence of pouches in the colon without active infection, is generally thought to benefit from a high fiber diet. As a prebiotic fiber supplement, DMN may support that goal. That said, we always recommend sharing the full DMN ingredient list with your treating physician before starting, so they can advise based on your individual situation.
You can find the full ingredient list on our Product Page.
