How do I access my subscription portal?Updated 4 months ago

There are several ways to access your subscriber portal:

1. Email Link: After your purchase, you should have received an email with a link to your subscription portal. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder. You can also click here to request a new link.

2. Manage Subscription on Homepage: Scroll to the bottom of the first page on our homepage, where you'll find a 'Manage Subscription' link. Clicking this will take you directly to the spot to access your subscriber portal.

3. 38TERA Account Login: You can also access your subscription portal by clicking the small person icon in the upper right-hand corner of our homepage. This will take you to the 38TERA login page. If you haven't set up an account yet, simply sign up using the same email address you used for your purchase and you will be able to access your subscription and rewards all in one spot. 

   • *Please note, a 38TERA Account is not automatically created when you purchase a subscription. You will still need to create an account using the same email you made your purchase with.
