Start with 2 capsules at bedtime with a full glass of water. You can increase by 1 capsule after 4 days, up to a maximum of 4 daily. If using 4 capsules for more than 7 days, consult your healthcare provider.

Many people find they can taper their RCE dose over time as their microbiome rebalances — starting at 2–3 capsules before bed, then dropping to 1, and in some cases discontinuing altogether. RCE is flexible by design, so you can adjust to what your body needs.
