First, please double-check your order confirmation email to ensure that the package was shipped to the correct address. Mistakes can happen, and it’s always good to rule that out first.
If your address is correct and your package was marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, it might still show up. Occasionally, carriers prematurely marks packages as delivered. If your package doesn’t arrive within the next 3-4 days, please let us know.
In the meantime, for the most specific and current information, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. They can provide insights into the package's status, as we have access only to the same tracking information that you do.
