At 38TERA, we're not just committed to advancing gut health; we're confident in the groundbreaking science and meticulous research behind our products. Every ingredient in our formulas undergoes rigorous testing and is backed by clinical evidence to ensure you receive a premium product.
Your satisfaction with your Program or Product is important to us. If you don’t absolutely love our product for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your delivery by emailing us at [email protected] to let us know you’d like a refund. Please note that your refund policy is determined by whether you purchased a one-time order or enrolled in a subscription. The refund policy for each of these designations is defined below. This refund policy applies exclusively to orders placed on our official website and is subject to change without notice.
Here are the steps to request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] to let us know you’d like a refund. This email must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your delivery in order to be eligible. If we are unable to verify the date of your delivery, for any reason and solely at the discretion of the Company, then this email must be submitted within 40 days of the date that you ordered the Product in order to be eligible. Email requests placed after these time points are not eligible for a refund.
- We are unable to accept the return of opened cans of 38TERA Products, where the seal is broken. If a refund is granted, we will provide a refund for one opened can. No more than one opened can is eligible for a refund per order placed. Opened additional products are not eligible for a refund.
- If you purchased multiple Products, the remaining Products must remain unopened and sealed to qualify for a return and refund. A refund may only be processed after we receive the returned items intact. We will review your request and, if a return is granted, provide you with a return shipping label. Securely pack the unopened cans in a box, attach the provided label, and mail it back to us. Once we receive your package, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will cover the cost of the Products only. It does not cover shipping costs, return shipping costs, or the retail value of included merchandise (such as a drink bottle or measuring spoon.) Please be aware that ALL shipping costs and ALL merchandise costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund prior to processing. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping and return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you decide to return multiple products. You are responsible for the cost of any merchandise that you received, determined by its retail value.
Merchandise is not eligible for returns or for refunds. If a refund is requested for a Product order that included a complimentary “starter kit” or other complimentary merchandise, the retail value of the merchandise will be deducted from a requested refund before it is processed.
To ensure fairness, we do not allow repeated refund requests from the same customer. This policy is designed to encourage genuine trial of 38TERA products while preventing abuse of our generous refund policy.
For one time-purchases, your refund policy is this:
If you qualify for a refund, we will refund the cost of one opened Product and any unopened Products you return that pass inspection, minus the shipping cost. Only one opened Product per order is eligible for a refund. The refund will be based on the price you paid, not the current advertised price. This is in line with our stated policy.
For subscribers, your refund policy is this:
Although you received free shipping at the time of checkout and may have received complimentary merchandise as a perk for subscription, it is our stated policy that you are solely responsible for the cost of shipping, return shipping and the retail value of merchandise. Therefore, if you are approved for a refund, we will deduct $9.95 (in local currency) in order to cover the expense of shipping incurred when you placed your initial order. Additionally, if you received complimentary merchandise, we will deduct the retail value of that merchandise from the refund. After the deduction of shipping costs and the retail value of merchandise, we will provide a refund for one opened can of Product and any returned cans of product . No more than one opened can is eligible for a refund per order placed. This is consistent with the policy described above. The refund will be given at the price paid by the customer, not the advertised price.
